DNAzol is a ready-to-use DNA purification and extraction reagent (DNA Extraction)
The unique guanidine reagent is used to isolate and purify DNA, and it is safer to use without using other organic solvents.
Up to 70-100% can be recovered within 30 minutes.
The purification process is simple, without a lot of bottles and jars. Just dissolve your sample with DNAzol, centrifuge, and then precipitate the DNA with alcohol.
The isolated DNA does not require further purification and can be directly used for southern analysis, PCR, molecular cloning or other experiments.
