Introduction
Albumin (66 kDa) is abundant in human blood, accounting for more than 65% of the total protein in plasma/serum. Because high amounts of albumin will obscure and affect the detection of other trace proteins, albumin must be removed before most experiments to reduce its interference.

The spin column method is used to remove albumin from serum or plasma, which can remove >90% albumin and facilitates the analysis of albumin-rich samples and comparison after the albumin removal step. This set can remove more than 90% of albumin (see the picture below), making it easier to operate and apply in subsequent experiments such as electrophoresis, mass spectrometry analysis, and Western blotting.

More economical to use, it can selectively remove albumin from serum or plasma, making it easier to analyze albumin-rich samples and compare them after the albumin removal step. This kit can remove more than 85% of albumin (see the picture below), helping to isolate the target protein for subsequent electrophoresis, mass spectrometry analysis, Western blotting and other experiments.
