Introduction
RNAzol RT is the latest generation of Single-step RNA purification reagents, which can extract higher quality and higher yield of RNA. Compared with traditional TRI reagent, RNAzol RT only needs water to precipitate impurities such as DNA and Protein, eliminating the need for the dangerous organic solvent Chloroform. RNAzol RT reagent can effectively remove DNA, eliminating the need to use DNase, saving costs, and can be applied to a variety of different samples, such as tissues, cells, etc.
RNAzol BD specifically for blood samples is also available (requires BCP).
Features / strengths
1. Low pollution: Just add "water" to precipitate proteins and DNA; no need to use organic solvents (Chloroform)
2. Cost-saving: no DNase treatment is required; "total RNA" and "small RNA" (10-200 bp) can be separated simultaneously
3. Convenient enough: the entire extraction process can be operated at room temperature
