Introduction
The automated closed-loop immune cell culture platform is specifically developed for immune cell manufacturing. Due to the complex and lacking standardized manufacturing processes for immune cells, our team has modularized key process to enhance process flexibility. Many domestic biotechnology companies predominantly rely on manual operations or foreign automated equipment for immune cell production. Additionally, the dependence on imported key materials contributes to high costs associated with cell therapy.
The automated closed-loop immune cell production platform features a closed chamber with temperature, humidity, and gas concentration monitoring, providing the necessary growth environment for immune cells while reducing the risk of cell contamination. Additionally, we address the limitations of existing automated closed-loop cell production systems by modularizing key steps such as cell activation/transduction, debeads, and cell expansion in the manufacturing of immune cells.

•A closed cultivation chamber with temperature, humidity, and gas concentration monitoring.
•The rotating blades in the cell activation/transduction module enhance the efficiency of liquid mixing.
•The tubing sleeves in the debeads module provide tight arrangement of the pipelines to reduce the residual presence of magnetic beads.
•The bioreactor can accommodate 40 mL or 500 mL of cell culture medium and support a 7-day cell culture.
•The automated immune cell culture system allows for cell culture ranging from 7 to 10 days.
