PharmaEssentia announced during a press conference on the 25th that its primary objective for 2025 is to advance the Phase III global clinical trial of its blood cancer drug Ropeg for the treatment of essential thrombocythemia (ET). The company plans to release key efficacy indicators and data collection results early next year. If the results are favorable, Ropeg could be launched as early as 2026, targeting a market larger than its currently marketed therapy for polycythemia vera (PV).
