BenQ Medical's K2 International Ventures into the Endoscopy Market with NT$130 Million Investment for 60% Stake in Era Bioteq

On the 28th, BenQ Medical Technology announced that its subsidiary, K2 International Medical, is venturing into the endoscopy market, aiming to expand its product portfolio. To enhance its competitiveness in the medical industry, K2's board of directors approved the purchase of common shares in Era Bioteq and participation in its capital increase through cash subscription. The total investment is expected to be NT$133 million, securing a 60% stake in Era Bioteq post-increase.
