A team led by Ju-Chi Liu, Deputy Superintendent of Shuang-Ho Hospital, has developed an innovative cardiac monitoring system that integrates cloud-based AI computation with wearable devices. This system enables real-time monitoring of physiological data, such as electrocardiograms (ECG) and heart sounds, to provide early warnings for potential cardiac side effects following COVID-19 vaccination. The technology not only reduces vaccination risks but also enhances public confidence in vaccines.
