TTY Biopharm Aims for Double-Digit Revenue Growth This YearMar 27, 2025

TTY Biopharm held an investor conference on the 26th, where General Manager Sara Hou stated that the company's earnings per share (EPS) reached NT$5.83 last year, driven by the gradual growth of overseas market benefits and the contributions from its invested subsidiaries. Looking ahead, TTY Biopharm’s development strategy includes three key operational focuses: export of difficult-to-make generic drugs, licensing in new drugs, and self-developed domestic drugs. The company is optimistic about its growth this year, with a target of double-digit revenue growth, alongside significant increases in both revenue and profit.

Sara Hou further explained that in terms of exports, the difficult-to-make generic drug Lipo-AB is expected to experience substantial growth in the U.S. market and has already received milestone payments for its European phase. This year, the company will begin submitting applications in various regions, including Vietnam, the Philippines, Australia, and South America, with submissions already underway.

She also mentioned that the licensing division will introduce international new drugs. A targeted drug for blood cancers was approved at the end of last year, and the company hopes to receive health insurance reimbursement this year to benefit more patients. Regarding self-developed domestic new drugs, Taiwan’s first antibiotic, Polymyxin, which addresses the demand for second-line antibiotics, was also granted health insurance reimbursement last year. Following the success of this antibiotic, three additional products are under development, with plans for their release this year, next year, and the year after, including a flagship lung cancer product.
