iXensor Partners with Eu Yan Sang to Tap into Personalized Health Management Opportunities, Launching New Products in AprilMar 25, 2025

On the 24th, iXensor announced a collaboration with Eu Yan Sang, a century-old health and wellness leader under Japan's Rohto Pharmaceutical Group, to launch a one-stop personalized health management solution combining testing and nutritional supplementation. This marks the first step in the company's transformation. The new product lineup is set to officially launch in April, with the goal of achieving a 30% revenue share from nutritional supplements this year.

This partnership follows iXensor's earlier collaboration with Dr. Chii-Ruey Tzeng, a leading expert in infertility, and his nutritional supplement brand "Lady Flower," further expanding the company’s footprint in the nutritional supplement market.

Chairman Carson Chen stated that iXensor has previously focused on developing and selling personalized health testing products. While consumers may know their test results, they often lack solutions to improve their health. After the successful launch of the Eveline Ovulation Test System combined with "Lady Flower" supplements earlier this year, the company received positive feedback. Leveraging this momentum, iXensor is collaborating with Eu Yan Sang to expand its portfolio in functional nutritional foods, officially beginning the company’s journey toward diversified development.

Founded in 1879, Eu Yan Sang, originally specializing in traditional Chinese medicine, is headquartered in Singapore and operates approximately 200 stores across Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Australia, including retail outlets, Chinese medicine clinics, and medicinal food restaurants. Eu Yan Sang holds a leading brand position in global health and wellness. Last year, Rohto Pharmaceutical (60% ownership) and Mitsui & Co. (30% ownership) jointly acquired a 90% stake in Eu Yan Sang, with a transaction valuation of HK$4.65 billion (approximately NT$19.7 billion).

Chen pointed out that this is the first time Eu Yan Sang has collaborated with iXensor outside of its direct retail and online sales in Taiwan. Initially, the two companies will focus on Eu Yan Sang's flagship wellness products, including wild ready-to-drink bird’s nest, original chicken essence, pearl powder, and the newly launched Bai Feng Yue Shu Drink, which helps women adjust their physical health. These products will be paired with iXensor's core offerings, the Eveline Ovulation Test System and the PixoTest Vision Analysis System (Lipid), targeting nutritional supplements related to pregnancy, postpartum care, and cardiovascular health. In the future, the companies may also offer personalized consultation and recommendations based on health test results.

Chen emphasized that the Taiwan health supplement market has reached new heights in recent years, with an annual output value of approximately NT$170 billion. The global health food market presents a multibillion-dollar opportunity, and the trend toward personalized nutrition and health management is growing. Through its core optical testing technology, PixoTest, and AI-powered capabilities, iXensor has developed personalized digital health testing products and is extending its reach into the nutritional supplements sector as part of its transformation strategy. The company plans to adopt a diversified approach for future development and sustainable growth.
