On the 4th, Ever Fortune.AI announced that its "Pneumothorax Detection System" has received regulatory approval from the Malaysian Medical Device Authority (MDA), marking the fourth medical AI system launched in Malaysia this year.
In Q2 2024, Ever Fortune.AI posted a net profit of NT$11.469 million, marking a return to profitability with an earnings per share (EPS) of NT$0.12. The company has reported exponential revenue growth every month this year, with a cumulative revenue of NT$172 million for the first seven months, a 402.1% increase compared to the same period last year. Analysts predict that the company’s full-year revenue will grow three to four times over 2023, with the potential to move beyond losses and achieve significant revenue and profit growth starting next year.
Yu-Cheng Lee, General Manager of Ever Fortune.AI, shared that the company obtained approval on August 30 for its "12-Lead ECG AI Interpretation System" in Malaysia. This follows earlier approvals in August and July for the "Acute Aortic Syndrome Detection System" and "Myocardial Perfusion Imaging Analysis System," respectively. In total, Ever Fortune.AI has received four medical AI system approvals in Malaysia this year, achieving a strong market presence.
Additionally, the company holds four AI product approvals in both Thailand and Vietnam. With a significant foothold in ASEAN countries, Ever Fortune.AI is now focusing on market performance and expansion.
Ever Fortune.AI is also planning to establish a demonstration site in Vietnam. By partnering with local hospitals, the company will first introduce its product line for deployment and use. The second phase will involve guiding the hospital to become Ever Fortune’s demonstration and distribution partner in Vietnam. If this model is successful, it will be replicated in Thailand and Malaysia.
Lee further elaborated that the company’s collaboration with Vietnamese hospitals will initially focus on the "Bone Age Diagnostic System," which is currently undergoing regulatory approval in Vietnam. The product is expected to secure a contract with Vietnamese hospitals soon, and once the demonstration site is established, Ever Fortune.AI anticipates receiving substantial orders in the second half of the year.
To date, Ever Fortune.AI has obtained 39 medical device approvals across various regions, including 11 from the U.S. FDA, 15 from Taiwan’s TFDA, 4 each from Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia, and 1 from Singapore.
In addition to its achievements in medical AI, Ever Fortune.AI continues to innovate in genetic testing. Its Genebox product has accumulated nearly 10,000 clients and samples, with its proprietary Taiwanese SNP database now operational for commercial use. The new Genebox 4.0 product integrates this genetic database and uses large language models to simplify the interpretation of reports.
