On the 12th, Marketech International Corp. announced its establishment of a joint venture company named " Marketop Smart Solutions Co., Ltd. " with Qisda Corporation. In this venture, Marketech International holds a 51% stake, while Qisda holds 49%. The aim is to integrate the expertise of both companies in smart hospitals, AI healthcare, and cutting-edge medical equipment, while leveraging Marketech International' strength in semiconductors and system integration to expand the landscape of smart healthcare. 

Marketop Smart Solutions has a registered capital of NT$60 million and a core team of 20 people. It will primarily provide precise and efficient smart healthcare solutions to meet market demands while enhancing public satisfaction and health pre-diagnosis. The company will start in Taiwan and actively expand into international markets, particularly in Southeast Asia. 

Chairman of Marketech International and Director of Marketop Smart Solutions, Hsin-Ming Kao, stated that the collaboration between the two companies with complementary strengths, starting from Taiwan and embracing global markets, will bring more innovation and possibilities to the medical industry. The company not only emphasizes technological integration but also invests in marketing and business promotion to become a leader in the global smart healthcare field. 

Marketop Smart Solutions will strive to promote innovative development in the smart healthcare and smart city sectors, leveraging the technical and product resources of Marketech International and Qisda in automation, mobility, hardware, software, and artificial intelligence, while sharing market experience and customer relationships. 

Furthermore, Hsin-Ming Kao, who is also the chairman of the Taiwan Smart City Development Association, will invite the chairman of the BenQ Qisda Group, Peter Chen, to speak at the Taipei Smart City Expo Forum on March 21. Peter Chen will share Qisda's new vision and layout in the smart healthcare field from the perspective of a telecommunications industry player with deep and broad experience in smart healthcare. 

Peter Chen stated that the BenQ Qisda Group, with its core group resource platform, calls on partners to form a joint fleet, and healthcare continues to maintain steady growth in high-value-added businesses. The collaboration with Marketech International will further strengthen integration capabilities and international markets, bringing more opportunities for Taiwan's medical industry to connect internationally.
