Introduction
This platform enables minimally invasive RFA/MWA surgical training and testing under simulated physiological conditions comparable to those of living tissues. The intra-abdominal phantoms exhibit realistic tensile modulus, abrasion resistance, penetration force, friction coefficient, and thermal conductivity. All synthetic phantoms are validated for dielectric properties and MRI compatibility to ensure their surgical responses closely mimic those of real biological tissues.
