Bora Pharmaceuticals (保瑞) reported December revenue of NT$1.66 billion (+10.38% MoM), bringing its full-year 2025 revenue to NT$19.77 billion (+2.7% YoY in NTD; +5.8% in USD).

Strategic & Operational Highlights:

• CDMO Momentum: The CDMO segment (including internal orders) grew 53.8% in 2025. Strong performance at the Canada and Zhunan plants, along with a major contract renewal in Canada, underscores Bora's global manufacturing reliability.
• US Commercialization: Following the US FDA approval of Glatiramer Acetate (a generic of Copaxone developed by ScinoPharm Taiwan) on Dec 31, 2025, Bora will lead the US launch. The market for this complex generic is estimated at US$557 million (IQVIA).
• Global Capital Presence: Chairman Bobby Sheng will present at the 44th J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference on Jan 15. Having recently launched its Level 1 ADR on the OTCQX market, Bora is now better positioned to engage with US institutional investors.
