CHLITINA Holding Reports Four Consecutive Months of Revenue Growth in May; Ex-Dividend Date Set for July 3Jun 09, 2025

CHLITINA Holding announced that thanks to the launch of several new products in the second quarter, its consolidated revenue for May reached NT$334 million, remaining flat compared to the previous month but showing a 6% increase in original currency terms. This marks four consecutive months of growth. However, on a year-over-year basis, revenue declined by 10.88%. For the first five months of the year, cumulative revenue totaled NT$1.465 billion, representing a 14.47% year-over-year decrease.

The company also announced a cash dividend of NT$10 per share for the previous fiscal year. The ex-dividend trading date is set for July 3, and the record date is July 9. Based on the closing price of NT$117.5 on June 6, the dividend yield stands at 8.51%. The cash dividend distribution is scheduled for July 31.

CHLITINA stated that the growth in May was mainly driven by the launch of new products in the second quarter, including the "Royal Cell Revitalizing Series," the "Diamond Bright Spot-Fading Series," and a newly formulated whitening sunscreen. These launches significantly boosted sales in its core beauty salon channel under the CHLITINA brand.

The "Royal Cell Revitalizing Series" features the world’s first active deer embryo extract at its core, combining regenerative medicine and stem cell technology with active ingredients such as PDRN and adenosine to create a three-step cycle of "activation, repair, and regeneration." Tailored for the premium anti-aging market, the product series garnered significant attention upon launch, with cumulative sales exceeding NT$62 million by the end of May—further proving the brand’s strength in the functional skincare sector.

In addition to deepening its product development efforts, CHLITINA continues to strengthen cross-industry collaborations with high-traffic platforms to expand consumer reach. Recently, the brand partnered with the urban drama A Good Life, co-produced by CCTV and Youku, becoming the show’s exclusive beauty salon partner.

Since its premiere on April 17, A Good Life—directed by award-winning director Wang Jun and starring Sun Li and Dong Zijian—has been airing on both CCTV-8 and Youku to wide acclaim, sparking active discussion in Taiwan as well.

Looking ahead to 2025, CHLITINA maintains a cautiously optimistic outlook. The company will focus its operations on two main pillars: “new product development” and “cost reduction with efficiency gains.” It will also continue to implement its strategic approach of “brand-driven growth, product leadership, dual-engine operation, and win-win customer relationships,” aiming to evolve from a product-centered model to one that maximizes customer lifetime value.
