Ever Supreme Bio Technology reported impressive performance in April, with monthly revenue reaching NT$67.54 million—a year-on-year increase of 20.54% and the highest ever for the same period. Chairperson Liu Shu-Chi stated that with the advancement of the dual legislation for regenerative medicine and growing market acceptance of cell therapies, the company’s CDMO business has seen steady order growth. Visibility of its order book now extends through the first quarter of 2026, and future plans include expanding into international CDMO collaborations.
Liu further noted that the company remains optimistic about the global potential of its four major platforms—CAR-T, stem cells, nanoparticles, and exosomes. Ever Supreme is actively engaging in licensing negotiations with several international pharmaceutical companies and aims to drive its global strategy through a dual-engine model combining new drug licensing and CDMO cash flow.
In addition to strong operational results, Ever Supreme also announced its dividend policy for 2024. The company plans to distribute NT$5.119 per share in cash dividends and NT$1 per share in stock dividends, totaling over NT$6 per share. The ex-dividend date was set for April 30, and cash dividends are scheduled to be distributed on May 22.
On the immunocyte technology front, Ever Supreme has developed proprietary Gamma Delta-T (GDT) cell therapy for use in regenerative medicine. Since September 2023, a 50-year-old female patient diagnosed with sigmoid colon cancer with peritoneal metastasis has been receiving autologous GDT cell treatment. The therapy exclusively used GDT cells prepared by Ever Supreme, without any chemotherapy or targeted therapy. Four treatment cycles have been completed over approximately one year and eight months. Based on RECIST imaging evaluation, the patient’s condition achieved Stable Disease (SD), with tumor markers CA19-9 and CEA both returning to normal levels.
General Manager Wen-Liang Huang explained that the GDT cells developed by Ever Supreme’s R&D team primarily consist of the highly potent Vδ2 T cell subpopulation. Although these cells constitute only about 5% of the total in human peripheral blood, they demonstrate strong anti-cancer properties, capable of directly killing tumors while also activating the immune system. With its advanced manufacturing standards, Ever Supreme has successfully cultivated high-purity, highly active GDT cells, offering patients a safer and more promising cell therapy option.
