The final day of Healthcare+ Expo Taiwan, the largest healthcare exhibition in the Asia-Pacific region, saw Premier Cho Jung-tai visiting the Nangang Exhibition Center to explore cutting-edge advancements in smart healthcare, regenerative medicine, precision diagnostics, biotechnology, and advanced medical devices. Premier Cho even had the opportunity to operate the latest third-generation da Vinci surgical robotic system. In a post-event interview, he expressed gratitude to the teams behind these innovations, emphasizing that the growth of Taiwan's healthcare industry will play a crucial role in realizing the vision of "Healthy Taiwan."

Premier Cho highlighted Taiwan’s robust research capabilities, driven by collaborative efforts between industry leaders, professors, and scholars who transform innovations into viable business models for health technology. He noted that President Lai Ching-te’s "Healthy Taiwan" initiative underscores the need to integrate technology and healthcare services. The industrial focus of the Healthcare+ Expo aligns perfectly with the President’s national vision for healthcare advancement.

During his hands-on experience with the da Vinci robotic surgical system, Premier Cho remarked on the challenges of operating such a high-tech precision device, noting its groundbreaking impact on surgical procedures. He praised the use of advanced medical technologies by skilled physicians to enhance public health. Furthermore, he emphasized that Taiwan's medical expertise not only safeguards the well-being of its citizens but also extends to international collaborations and medical assistance, showcasing one of Taiwan’s proudest achievements.
