Catcher Technology noted that Gimer Medical has extensive experience in the field of neuro-modulation research and development, possessing critical technologies and process capabilities that provide comprehensive customized and integrated services. In recent years, Gimer has actively participated in international exhibitions and has earned the trust of clients in implantable contract development technologies. This acquisition is expected to further enhance Catcher’s capabilities as it enters new domains.
Catcher Technology emphasized that, leveraging its core advantages in materials science and precision manufacturing, it has garnered considerable attention from numerous international brands in the consumer electronics sector. Since 2020, the company has been undergoing a strategic transformation, anticipating growth in smart healthcare and actively entering the advanced medical materials sector. Following this transaction, Catcher will acquire resources related to the research and development of implantable neuro-modulation devices, along with technology processes, patent certifications, and existing customer assets.
