VEGA™ Benchtop HiFi Long-Read Sequencing System

Taiwan
Introduction
The VEGA™ benchtop system builds on the advantages of PacBio's long-read sequencing technology, specifically designed for modern genomics research. It offers high accuracy (90% of bases achieving Q30+), complete genome integrity, and direct methylation detection, including 5mC detection at CpG sites in native DNA.
Each SMRT Cell is equipped with 100,000 ZMWs, tailored for efficient sequencing of single samples. With just one SMRT Cell, it can achieve 20x coverage of a human genome or assemble up to 384 microbial genomes of 2 Gb, significantly enhancing research efficiency.
The design of the VEGA™ system not only considers performance but also emphasizes user experience. Its user-friendly interface and streamlined workflow allow even novice researchers to quickly get started without extensive training. Additionally, the VEGA™ system supports various library preparation methods, providing flexibility and convenience for different experimental needs.eds.
Features / strengths
•Diverse Applications:
⓵Whole Genome Sequencing: The VEGA™ system enables high-coverage analysis of the human genome,
De novo assembly, and methylation sequencing, helping researchers gain deeper insights into genome
structure and function.
