Leadtek Biomed Chairman Appointed: ADATA Takes 41% Stake, K.S. Lu to Serve as CEO and Drive IPO Efforts

Leadtek Biomed, a biotech subsidiary of Leadtek, recently raised NT$100 million in capital and brought in high-profile strategic partners. Memory giant ADATA acquired a 41% stake, becoming the largest shareholder. ADATA Chairman Simon Chen has taken over as Chairman of Leadtek Biomed from Leadtek’s Chairman K.S. Lu. The company registration update was completed at the end of June.
