Taiwanese Scientist Liang-Kung Chen Tops Global Rankings for Sixth Consecutive Year

The list of the world’s top 2% scientists was recently announced, with 1,470 Taiwanese researchers making the global roster. In the clinical medicine category, 398 Taiwanese scientists were recognized. Among them, Dr. Liang-Kung Chen, Director of Taipei City’s Guandu Hospital, has ranked first in Taiwan’s clinical medicine field for six consecutive years. He is followed by NTU Professor Chin-Hsiao Tseng and NTU Cancer Center Director Pan-Chyr Yang, who placed second and third, respectively.
