• Efficiency Gains: By adopting the "SOAP" structured format, the system has reduced the time spent on progress notes by 60%, while improving record completeness by 10%.
• Localized ASR Technology: Taiwan Mobile leveraged over 18,000 hours of voice data to build an ASR model that handles mixed-language inputs (Mandarin, Taiwanese, English, and Hakka).
• Security & Governance: Lydsec Digital integrated multi-factor authentication (MFA) to secure access to patient records, ensuring that all data entry is traceable and compliant with high-level medical cybersecurity standards.
