Lotus Pharmaceutical reported its 2025 fiscal results, maintaining a remarkable streak of double-digit revenue growth for the seventh year running. Annual revenue reached NT$20.51 billion (+10% YoY), significantly bolstered by the integration of Alvogen.

• Adjusted Performance: Excluding one-time acquisition costs and internal eliminations, Lotus delivered an adjusted EPS of $19.64 (+2% YoY). The Asian market remains the primary engine, with Southeast Asia soaring 91% YoY, while the US market also achieved double-digit gains.
• Global Standing: CEO Petar Vazharov highlighted that the Alvogen acquisition has propelled Lotus into the Top 20 global specialty pharmaceutical companies.
• Shareholder Returns: The board proposed a total dividend of NT$2.69, comprising NT$2.56 in cash and a small stock dividend. At current prices, this represents a steady dividend yield of approximately 2.3%.
