Lotus Pharmaceutical announced its February consolidated revenue of NT$2.24 billion, a staggering 132% increase year-on-year. This growth is primarily attributed to the strategic consolidation of Alvogen's financial results.

• Operational Resilience: Cumulative revenue for the first two months of 2026 reached NT$4.29 billion (+37% YoY). While Asian operations saw a steady 4% growth driven by South Korea and Southeast Asia, U.S. export momentum rebounded by 14% in February as weather-related logistics disruptions from January cleared.
• Portfolio Diversification: The integration of Alvogen has successfully buffered the impact of price erosion in the Lenalidomide (blood cancer) market following the expiration of brand-name agreements in January. Lotus maintains that the expanded product pipeline from Alvogen provides a much broader foundation for long-term growth.
