Intech Biopharm announced yesterday (March 4) that it has signed a formal collaboration agreement with one of the world's top 10 generic pharmaceutical companies to target the multi-billion dollar U.S. market for Metered-Dose Inhalers (MDI).

Under the terms of the agreement:

• Intech Biopharm is responsible for drug development and conducting clinical trials in accordance with U.S. FDA requirements.
• The Partnered Pharma will leverage its established distribution channels and sales network for commercialization in the U.S.
• Financials: The contract includes multiple milestone payments and a profit-sharing mechanism following the product launch. This partnership marks Intech Biopharm’s transition from Asian markets into the U.S., significantly enhancing its global brand visibility in respiratory medicine.
