Diamond Bio-Tech (晶鑽生醫) has announced a global licensing and distribution agreement with French aesthetic leader Laboratoires FILL-MED (Filorga) and Swiss consultancy GentleRegen AG for its proprietary regenerative injectable, NeoFilera. Chairman Hsieh Chia-hsien stated that this partnership provides the first "MIT" (Made in Taiwan) brand with an "entry ticket" to the high-end international anti-aging market, aiming to become the #1 collagen stimulator brand within three years.

Partnership Details:

• Global Reach: Fill-Med will hold exclusive distribution rights for NeoFilera across Europe, China, the Middle East, India, Africa, Russia, and Australia, with significant minimum purchase commitments.Diamond Biotechnology will receive milestone royalties totaling millions of Euros.
• Strategic Fit: Fill-Med (founded in 1978) is a global leader in hyaluronate and anti-aging treatments (NCTF series), with presence in over 80 countries. NeoFilera’s mechanism complements Fill-Med’s existing portfolio without direct competition.
• Competitive Edge: During a year of negotiations, Fill-Med executives conducted on-site audits in Taiwan. Comparative testing showed that NeoFilera outperformed leading US and South Korean competitors in both safety and efficacy.
• Regulatory Status: NeoFilera is already approved in Thailand and Taiwan. Clinical trials in China are expected to complete recruitment by early next year.
