OBI Pharma (台灣浩鼎) announced on the 19th the signing of a global exclusive licensing agreement for a glycoprotein Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) with US-based TegMine Therapeutics. OBI Pharma will receive an upfront payment, R&D/sales milestones, and tiered royalties on net sales after launch.
This deal stems from an R&D collaboration initiated in June 2025. OBI Pharma utilized its Obrion ADC technology family—including the GlycOBI site-specific conjugation technology, EndoSymeOBI (bifunctional enzyme), and HYPrOBI (high-hydrophilicity linker)—to develop a homogeneous, site-specific ADC candidate based on a glycoprotein monoclonal antibody provided by TegMine.
Dr. Heidi Wang, CEO of OBI Pharma, stated that this strategic collaboration validates their proprietary ADC platforms and expands global visibility for their innovative technologies, ultimately aiming to address urgent medical needs for cancer patients.
