The system has now been officially implemented at Shin Kong Wu Ho-Su Memorial Hospital, supporting the hospital’s efforts to digitize, automate, and integrate AI into its wound diagnosis and treatment processes. Beyond the full-scale deployment of the InnoCare AI Wound Management Software at Shin Kong Hospital, both parties are actively collaborating on additional AI and software service integrations. A memorandum of understanding is expected to be signed in the near future, expanding applications of AI-assisted wound assessment. INVENTEC’s R&D team estimates that this initiative will increase the efficiency of wound consultation diagnoses and treatment recommendations by 90%, and improve the qualified rate of wound images by 10%. Additionally, it is projected to reduce administrative documentation time by 25%, helping healthcare staff cut down on working hours and improve overall efficiency.
