Regenerative medicine company Ever Supreme announced on January 2nd that its revenue for December 2024 reached NT$127 million, setting a new all-time high with a year-on-year growth of 56.8%. The company's fourth-quarter revenue totaled NT$349 million, reflecting a 36.3% increase compared to the previous year. For the entire year of 2024, Ever Supreme reported revenue of NT$939 million, marking a 23.6% year-on-year growth, achieving another significant milestone.
Ever Supreme projects its pre-tax earnings per share (EPS) for 2024 to exceed NT$6. Regarding dividend policy, the company plans to distribute all earnings from this year to reward its shareholders for their support.
General Manager Huang Wen Liang attributed the growth in revenue to stable demand for the company’s CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) services for cell therapy, as well as deep collaborations with 19 medical institutions across Taiwan. Ever Supreme continues to lead the domestic market in key metrics, including the number of cell therapy approvals, product variety, partner hospitals, and patient enrollment. Its CDMO order visibility has extended to the fourth quarter of 2025, underscoring its strong position in the industry and its growth potential.
At the 21st National Innovation Award, Ever Supreme's "CAR001: Allogeneic Cell Therapy for Solid Tumors" stood out as a winning project. CAR001 is one of the few globally available off-the-shelf CAR-T products derived from healthy allogeneic donors. It integrates dual targeting of HLA-G and PD-L1 with BiTE (Bispecific T-cell Engager) technology, effectively activating bystander T-cell effects to combat solid tumors. The technology demonstrates significant advantages and clinical application potential.
Focused on solid tumor treatment, CAR001 has been approved by both the U.S. FDA and Taiwan's FDA to enter Phase I/IIa clinical trials. The trial has progressed smoothly to the second patient cohort. This success earned Ever Supreme the National Innovation Award. Out of 196 competing teams, only ten were selected to present at Demo Day, with Ever Supreme being the sole cell therapy team invited. This highlights CAR001's leadership in technological innovation and application potential, as well as its strong market investment value.
Looking ahead, Ever Supreme aims to continue its focus on innovation in regenerative medicine, leveraging the advantages of its allogeneic cell therapy technology to expand treatment options for cancer and critical illness patients, ultimately improving their quality of life. The company plans to accelerate the clinical trials of CAR001, deepen the application of its CDMO services and technology platform, and actively expand its presence in the international regenerative medicine market.
