Taiwan Advance Bio-Pharmaceutical Inc. signed a "Biotech Medical Alliance Agreement" with the newly established Top Asia Biomedical Center yesterday (18 May) to promote the "Cellular Field Turnkey Export" project in the Greater China and Asia Pacific markets. Taiwan Advance Bio-Pharmaceutical will provide cell culture, cell preservation services and laboratory SOPs, manufacturing processes, GTP/GMP laboratory QA/QC services. Top Asia Biomedical Center is responsible for the Greater China and Asia Pacific markets, developing business opportunities for investors and partners, and seeking biotechnology collaboration and integration services.
The company is currently the only biotech company in Taiwan with a full range of cell storage, cell therapy and testing reagents. The partnership with Top Asia Biomedical Center will lead to the development of the health care industry through the establishment of laboratory and cell SOPs and consultancy services, and the introduction of "innovative new technology medical integration services".
The partnership will cover the establishment of high-end medical clubs, the introduction of AI technology into cellular laboratories, regenerative and preventive medicine, the commercial integration of clinics and pharmacy chains, and migrant-friendly medical care. It will be the first multi-disciplinary business model in Taiwan to integrate the upstream and downstream medical and biotechnology industry chains, which is expected to bring revolutionary impact to the current medical and biotechnology industry.
In Taiwan, Top Asia Biomedical Center will combine biotechnology, clinics, pharmacies, international healthcare facilities to create the first high-end medical service club from the perspective of regenerative medicine and preventive medicine, with services available in a clinic sitting at the heart of Taipei. In addition, the company has also been negotiating with relevant venues in Hsinchu and Taichung to expand its service capacity, and has opened up a joint management model to introduce more customer service needs. It will combine with hotels, restaurants, art and entertainment industries to provide international and comprehensive medical services and build the top medical service brand in Taiwan. In the post-epidemic era, people are paying more attention to self-management of their health, and there will be a high growth rate of 20-30% per year for personalised, user-friendly, convenient and comfortable high-end medical services.
In terms of operation overseas, combining Taiwan's regenerative medicine technology, AI and big data analysis, the company aims to expand to China, Vietnam and Malaysia, etc. Currently, it has already discussed cooperation in China and Vietnam, and will have the opportunity to introduce the first cooperation case at the end of 2023.
