The ASUS HealthHub, the first telecare solution, and the handheld ultrasound cloud-based platform were launched on 28 March, and ASUS VivoWatch and handheld ultrasound products were also on display to enhance the quality of home care, digital diagnosis and telemedicine.
The company's hardware development, information and communications integration capabilities, coupled with Internet of Things technology support, will create a complete and diverse range of smart medical solutions to help users deepen their personal health management and accelerate medical diagnosis, while responding to the trend of preventive medicine to reduce the incidence of disease and establish a seamless and transparent medical relationship," said Joe Hsieh, ASUS chief operating officer and senior vice president worldwide.
ASUS HealthHub is a tailor-made solution for telecare needs, integrating software, hardware, cloud-based backend services and video systems, and providing three types of software for different usage scenarios: professional/enterprise/home, which is quick and easy to use and can lower the entry barrier for telecare services and improve service quality and efficiency.
The ASUS HealthHub has already been introduced to Taipei Guandu Hospital, Taipei Tzu-Chi Hospital and National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Hospital, where users can interact with their families or caregivers in real time through data uploading and video functions.
ASUS HealthHub is also actively cooperating with care providers in various fields to integrate resources from various parties to provide diversified services and build an industry ecosystem with its partners to promote innovation in care models.
