The medical materials manufacturer Dealta Asia said that some of the original mass production models ended, the first half of the operating downturn, but in fact, this year has received a lot of new cases, the second half of the performance has been catching up, next year's growth continues, the momentum in addition to J & J surgical robots, other has the opportunity to rise, with the new plant at the end of next year mass production, the contribution gradually enlarge, the operation will be up year by year. In this year's operation is lower than expected, Delta representative indicated in the conference today that some of the products that were in mass production this year are no longer available, which affects the operation performance, but in fact the team has won many new cases, including minimally invasive surgical instruments for kidney stone removal, intravascular vascular surgical instruments, products for urinary incontinence, etc. Among them, the kidney stone product is the exclusive product of the customer worldwide, the first generation has already gone to the FDA, Dealta sees the customer is talking about the second generation. The customer has come to Delta since December this year for a trial run and will soon be ready for mass production.
For endovascular surgical instruments, Delta has beaten all its competitors and have taken over all 21 moulds. For urinary incontinence products, only Medtronic has a major manufacturer in the world, and the size of our customers' products has been reduced by half, so future volumes are expected. Generally, brand new products take longer to develop, but these are second-generation products, so the FDA can shorten the time frame to three years or even two years, and we have a chance to contribute next year.
According to Delta, the new factory is expected to be completed in June 2023, relocation and calibration in July, ISO certification expected to be completed in September, and formal production in November nexy year.
As for next year's operations, the growth momentum is expected to continue in the second half of this year. In addition to the J&J surgical robot, the Bfoot pen injector Unity Project (Bigfoot insulin injection equipment) has experienced more delays this year and is currently being produced in small quantities.
