Healthcare+ B2B launch with receipt of more than 200 business matchmaking requestsNov 09, 2022

In response to the global demands for healthcare solutions and products, IBMI and the Ministry Health and Welfare join hands promoting Healthcare+ B2B and positioning it as a "Global Healthcare Sourcing Network" at the Healthcare+ Expo starting on December 1, with more than 1,200 products developed by Taiwanese manufacturers forming the Taiwan team.

In order to speed up product development, this year's Expo not only invited more than 100 hospital directors from the ASEAN to Taiwan, but also called on more than 50 international distributors from 10 countries to form a strategic alliance to expand global business opportunities, aiming to develop Taiwan's branded products from smart hospitals, medical monitors, medical IT and telemedicine services through agents. The initial strategy is to start with the ASEAN and Eastern European markets, and then expand to the European market, so that Taiwan can become a place where global manufacturers like to do business.

Healthcare+ Expo, which will be held in early December, will have a record 2,065 booths this year, an annual growth of 15%.

In addition, Healthcare+ B2B has more than 10 countries and 50 distributors to join in this fast-growing community of buyers and suppliers.

More than 10 chairpersons of medical material and medical capital chambers of commerce from southern countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and the Philippines will lead delegations to Taiwan during the exhibition. More than 200 meetings will be arranged for global medical distributors to meet with each other, allowing alliance partners to get to know Taiwan's flagship products and assist in expanding local market channels.
