Three plate designs can be used according to individual fracture patterns.
Type P: Used for extra-articular fracture and intra-articular Colle’s fracture. Placed Proximal to watershed line.
Type D: Used for intra-articular Smith’s, Barton’s or Die-punch fracture. Placed Distal to water shed line.
Type R: Used for the marginal Rim fracture.
Extra long plates are available for Stellar P and D.
