Introduction
HLA-G targeting exosomes (SOB100) is the only engineered exosomes specifically designed for HLA-G targeting in the world. SOB100 incorporates a nanobody-based anti-HLA-G antibody and can be loaded with various small molecule or nucleic acid drugs. This innovative platform offers a promising approach to treating solid tumors with high HLA-G expression. The development of the GMP industrial-scale production process has been successfully completed, and Phase I clinical trials are anticipated to commence in 2025.
