Hemodialysis vascular access dysfunction is a worrisome complication that leads to missed dialysis sessions, inpatient admission, and the need for placement of temporary catheters. In order to help patients quickly to arrange surgeries and reduce the waiting time, we had set up an official Line(communication software) account, which was designed for surgery booking from hemodialysis clinics. For the hospital side, we created a website and Line to reply to the surgery appointments. By using a single platform, multiple clinics and hospitals can simply deliver the surgical information individuality and integrity.
Early detection of hemodialysis access dysfunction is another important issue. Our ongoing research for analyzing the difference bettwen dialysis vascular acoustic and clinical angiography dysfunction stasus, which will be developed as an artificial intelligence model to detect dysfunctional hemodialysis. For the future, we will combine the communication platform, which can upload acoustics to detect dialysis vascular access dysfunction and also achieve the appointment of angioplasty. We expect to create more intelligent and high quality health care for the medical environment.

1. We cooperate with many hemodialysis clinics, and have a large number of patients with high follow up compliance.(Around 624 patients and 22 clinics, and keep growing now.)
