The NextAmp next-generation nucleic acid amplification technology analysis system is an integrated platform that includes chips, instruments, reagent kits, and analysis software. It operates based on the principles of PCR for biochemical reactions and data analysis. The patented design of our chips allows the placement of primers into individual reaction wells on the chip, enabling the simultaneous analysis of up to 100 different genes on a single chip. When users perform the operation, they simply load the nucleic acid samples, enzymes, and buffer into the chip, then place it into the Quark machine for reactions and analysis, with a total operation time of approximately 2 hours.

While simplifying the traditional PCR workflow, our platform offers high specificity and requires lower sample volumes. In comparison to other testing methods such as NGS (Next-Generation Sequencing), NextAmp demonstrates faster reaction times (NGS typically takes about 3-5 days, while NextAmp only requires about 2-3 hours) and reduces costs by approximately 50% when using the appropriately designed biomarker combinations.
