The product underwent a clinical trial involving individuals aged 68 and above who exhibited signs of frailty and muscle loss. This three-month (12-week) intervention trial combined nutritional supplementation with exercise. The results revealed significant increases in muscle mass (measured by an increase in thigh cross-sectional area, CSA) and improved physical performance (including walking speed and SPPB score) following the three-month period.
