Introduction
The i.A.M.S platform is the first of its kind with 4-in-1 functionality, featuring innovative technology for artificial intelligence to identify drug-resistant strains and to predict the risk and mortality of infectious sepsis, intelligent drug dosing recommendations and personalized antibiogram. It is designed with a simple, real-time, user-friendly interface, and can notify physicians through a short message service, so that the medical staff can be notified immediately about changes in treatment. This platform aims to reduce the risk of mortality, and to improve patient prognosis, as well as to enhance the quality of medical services.
The product was launched at China Medical University Hospital in January 2022 and has been utilized in 100,000 patients with an accuracy rate of more than 85%.

Features / strengths
1.Artificial intelligence algorithms are used to predict the risk of sepsis and mortality by making clinical information more readily available. Traditional test methods used to take 72 hours to finish a bacterial culture report while the AI technology can shorten the test to only 1 hour for predicting resistance to various drug-resistant strains, including MRSA (methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) and CRKP (carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae) as well as the resistance to Colistin.
2.Based on clinical experiences, a friendly medical decision support dashboard and personalized antibiogram are built to provide comprehensive clinical decision making recommendations.
3.The i.A.M.S platform integrates a number of physiological medical equipment data and examination information, which can proactively feed data back to the HIS system and become a one-stop service platform.
