Introduction
The center wavelength of our superluminance diode is around 840 nm and the full-width-at-half maximum of output spectrum is more than 40 nm. The output power can reach 6 mW. Moreover, this module integrates the functions of TEC and current driving without extra devices for temperature control and driving the diode. Additionally, the module size is quite small, enabling to easy implementation in various application such as optical coherence tomography, optical sensing, biosensing, and material analysis.

Our NIR Superluminance diode module makes integration of power supply, temperature control and current driving. Additionally, the feedback control mechanism can optimize the stability of laser output, and our module has automatic protection function to prevent from extra damage due to the abrupt increase in the environmental temperature. Furthermore, the miniaturized design increases the feasibility for various applications.
