Introduction
The NIR high-speed spectrometer covers a spectral range of 800-880 nm with a high spectral accuracy of ~0.04 nm. With a high-speed camera, the spectrum acquisition rate can achieve 120,000 spectra/s. Based on the home-developed acquisition software, a long-term record can be performed and the variation in the measured spectra can be analyzed. This device could be potential for the applications of optical coherence tomography, biosensing, material analysis, and optical sample inspection.
Features / strengths
Compared with conventional spectrometers, our NIR high-speed spectrometer can provide a much higher acquisition speed (~hundreds to one thousand times). Such device can capture the instantaneous variation in measured spectra and the home-developed acquisition software and interface make easy integration with the existing equipment for the end users.
