Based on the sequencing report to adjust treatment, allows infected patients to have better clinical outcomes.APGseq is a diagnostic service based on metagenomic sequencing, by collecting patient samples to extract their genetic materials, utilizing shotgun methods to break those genes into fragments and undergo amplification, library construction, and sequencing. The sequencing data will then be analyzed by bioinformatic process and aligned with the pathogen gene database. Ultimately, provide a precise diagnostic report and assist the clinician to reference and making the best clinical treatment.
