EGFR Mutation Test Kit

Taiwan
Introduction
ITRI-developed droplet digital real-time PCR (qPCR) reagent is used for liquid biopsy and FFPE in detection of mutation in Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) in non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. Eight mutation sites were included in ITRI panel, containing 19Deletion, T790M, L858R, L861Q, S768I, G719X, Insertion and C797S.
Features / strengths
Specifications
1. The detection covers 8 kinds of EGFR mutation sites, a total of 42 kinds of mutation sequences
2. The sensitivity can reach 0.12-0.6%, and the high sensitivity improves the detection ability.
3. The reagent set contains four tubes of triplex-designed reaction reagents, which can detect a total of 8 EGFR mutation sites, which can reduce the operation process.

Applications
1.It can be used as complementary diagnostics (Complementary Diagnostics) to detect whether patients with non-small cell lung cancer have EGFR mutations.
2.The technology can be widely applied to targeted drugs and related diseases that require companion diagnosis, such as colorectal cancer, breast cancer, etc., which can provide physicians with more accurate and rapid treatment guidelines.
Specification in detail
High specificity and sensitivity
0.12 ~ 0.6%
Amount of sample requirement
5 ~ 40 ng
Testing time
The test can be completed within 5 hours (including sample processing time)
