The XY strip type parallel-plate ionization chamber, that is designed for the fast Pencil Beam Scanning (PBS) system. The CROSS's can measure beam parameters at a 20kHz sample rate with a fine spatial resolution. With such high sampling rate and spatial resolution, the CROSS's can be determine precisely characteristics of proton/proton-Flash/Carbon PBS beam parameters (Position, Profile size, Scanning speed, Energy, Dose).
